BIG NEWs! Onion OS In Your Miyoo Mini V4?

Hello everyone! Finally, our onion card for the Miyoo small v4 is here!

A lot of my pals know a lot about this operating system.

Anyway, allow me to give you all a detailed introduction!

With over 100 built-in emulators, optimized emulation, auto-save and resumes, customization options, and much more, Onion is an improved operating system for the Miyoo Mini V4—straightforward, dependable, and powerful retro gaming in your pocket.

Onion 4.2.0 RC is the foundation for this version of Onion. It contains some of the most significant fixes, such as the updated Scraper and Easy Netplay improvements that will be included in the 4.2.0 final.

Romset

The romset is of excellent quality and should please even the pickiest players. It is an amalgam of four distinct romsets:

A few unique additions: Every onion port is set up.

How has been made the romset

The top ROMS from "Platform Explorer ROMs Pack" and "Tiny Best Set: GO!" have been combined to provide a list of superb ROMS in each console's main list. We retained the Miyoo romset collection to complete this collection with many more games (only the duplicates have been eliminated).

Skraper and the settings from 3-Images Mix were used to scrape the leading platforms once more to obtain a consistent viewing of the picture box.

Roms browsing structure

"Miyoo Collection" usually has all the other games, while the top titles are on the main list. After that, there are unique subfolders:

The "Miyoo collection" will include all the other games on the stock SD card.

"Hacks" will include several excellent rom hacks.

Specially translated roms will be in "Translations" (mainly from Japanese to English).

"Modern" refers to fresh and recent home-brew games created specifically for this platform (such as Stepper, a GBA music sequencer).

Ports: Based on Onion ports 1.0.9, complete port collection as of right now

Emulators

With a few improvements, the emulator version is based on Onion RC 4.2.0.

Drastic was included for NDS emulation. Onion was customized explicitly with a new icon, GB/GBC, and NGP was set up with gorgeous Jeltron overlays.

Because they are perfect, some expert emulators are installed in the expert section:

Standalone ScummVM (faster than the main version of Retroarch)

PCSX Standalone (more rapid than the main version of Retroarch)

gpSP (excellent for playing GBA with fast forward; frequently quicker than mGBA)

Like Drastic, fine offers a specific selection of the best rooms and overclocks for a good framerate.

Duckstation is one of the new remarkable cores offered for sophisticated users.

Themes

The top 60 themes from the Onion Theme repository have been chosen (they have been compressed to allow the theme switcher to load quickly).

Bios

PSXONPSP660.bin is one of the additions to the global Miyoo stock after some unnecessary items were deleted.
