It's Like A MIYOO MINI ADVANCE! (RG353VS Review)

Only one handheld resonates with me. The newest vertical gadget is the Anbernic RG353VS.

LITNXT provided it to me; they sell this and look like a decent company. Anbernic released it.

The RG353VS reminds me of another Anbernic device that I adore, the RG35XX. However, it also reminds me of the well-known Miyoo Mini Plus, one of my favourite vintage handhelds.

It is significantly more potent than the Miyoo Mini Plus in terms of size, shape, and form factor, and it can do many things that the Miyoo Mini Plus is not. The 353 VS and V could play anything using the same vintage Game Boy, including Nintendo 64 PSP, Sega Saturn, and Dreamcast.

01. Anbernic RG353VS Unboxing

Let me start by giving you a grand tour of the Box.

We receive the standard items.

02. Anbernic RG353VS & Miyoo Mini Plus

As you can see, the primary feature distinguishing this device from less expensive models, such as the Miyoo Mini Plus, is the presence of two analogue sticks, which are just fantastic.

Specific vintage handouts may feel minor, but they feel a lot like Nintendo Switch joysticks. They feel huge on a tiny Game Boy-style handheld.

03. 3.5 Inch IPS Full Screen

We obtain ideal viewing angles because it's a 3.5-inch IPS full view, a giggle zero distance OCA laminated full fit screen.

You may use it outside throughout the day because it has excellent vivid colours, is quite sharp to the eye, and is bright when it's most colourful. I've been listening to this in bed at night beneath the covers, but it's dim at its lowest brightness.

04. Resolution

This resolution was ideal for older retro systems with a 4x3 aspect ratio. It is the native resolution of most 3D systems, such as the Nintendo 64 or PS1 Dreamcast, and it provides perfect integer scaling for many systems, including the Sega Genesis and TurboGrafx 16.

05. Operating System

The Anbernic RG353VS includes a customized Linux operating system with emulation installed at the front. It's simple to navigate the game lists here, and you have a handy menu button to access your emulation preferences and bring up the retroarch overlay.

Alternatively, you can use the menu button as a hotkey to exit the game, take a screenshot, or fast forward to save and load your state toggle.

Games from other systems can be uploaded; I included a Sega Saturn game.

06. Connect to TV

The stick can be used as a home console because it features an HDMI port, which allows you to attach Bluetooth controllers and link them to a TV.

07. Conclusion

Its rich features allow it to do many things that the Miyoo Mini Plus cannot. As a result, it's a valuable addition for fans of vintage handheld devices.

The nicest part of this pastime is enjoying all of your old favorite retro games on a fantastic device that fits in your pocket.

We are akin to Little Techweb's Dream Come True. Finally, I thank LITNXT for providing this RG353VS. You should buy one from them if you want one.
