RG28XX system updated to Linux 64-bit! V1.0.5-240729 Version

Update log:

RG28XX -V1.0.5（240729）

1. Upgrade to 64-bit Linux

2. Switch to low-power deep sleep mode; the sleep power indicator won't illuminate in this mode.

3. Currently, the power button's default function is to enter sleep mode; one critical shutdown is turned off by default.

4. Address known issues.
